Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children at home so you can celebrate with us

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us, so we have added a whole Attire tab to our website for advice and inspiration!

Ceremony
There is very limited on-street parking at St Swithun’s church, therefore we are currently organising a coach service for the ceremony. Please keep checking the website as we will update with times and pick up points shortly.

Reception
The venue has large car park with free parking available for both day and night guests.
Please note cars must be collected by 10am the following day.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, however due to the time of year we would recommend bringing a coat and umbrella, just in case!

Our ceremony will be an “unplugged” ceremony therefore we kindly ask no phones, devices or cameras be used during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer for this and we will be sharing the digital album to you all after our big day!

We would recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before our Ceremony time, however Kirklington Village Hall bar (opposite the church) will be open an hour before the ceremony for any drinks.

We kindly ask anyone arriving after our ceremony start time to either wait at Kirklington Village Hall to avoid any disruptions during our ceremony.
